Stable operation of Wellspring AGVs after 10 years
The project adopts Inoac's tail traction type AGVs, which are responsible for material transfer in the batching area of the interior A and B lines. The AGVs automatically hang off from the material carts and complete work such as fixed-point stopping or running, thus realizing intelligent management of the production line. In the early days, the well-sourced traction type AGV also had a mechanized appearance with a bright yellow color to ensure that the equipment was more visible in the factory, and the tape guidance mode was the most used navigation method in the early days. Now, after 10 years of metamorphosis, the mechanized appearance of Wellspring traction AGVs is softer, more functional, and the navigation mode is diversified, which can be applied to magnetic ribbon navigation, SLAM laser navigation, ribbon + 2D code navigation, etc., which is more in line with the current market's dual requirements for the function and shape of the equipment.
